Unfortunately all coffee machines break down and usually at the worst time. Call us to book a service or pickup (02) 95655227. The nature of continual exposure to heat causes many seals to harden. The boiler water can also be affected. Scale can develop which can limit water flow and create problems, such as a blocked pressure switch/pipe in the newer models which can cause the unit to overheat. To minimize any potential breakdowns it’s important to bring in your La Pavoni for periodic maintenance.
Minor La Pavoni Europiccola service includes:-
Piston seals, top piston rod seal, group seal, boiler cap seal, group chamber to boiler seal replacements along with cleaning piston block & shower.
Full La Pavoni service includes:-
Replacement of the following seals (boiler, group, piston, top piston rod seal, boiler cap seal, Group chamber to boiler, steam seals) Testing of all the functions and checking all electrical connectors. Descaling is additional if needed.

Once we perform any service on your La Pavoni, we can then recommend your own periodic maintenance schedule that suits your usage.
Do you offer a pickup service?
Yes we do. Please contact us and we will arrange a pickup (Sydney – limited suburbs). Once we have repaired your La Pavoni, we can even drop it off to you.
