The personal information collected from you, is used solely for your transactions with Mocha Coffee Pty Ltd and is never shared with other organizations. By using our website you consent to the collection and storage of your information for the following purposes:- To personalise your shopping experience, and to allow us to offer a website that caters to our customer’s interests. The information that is submitted allows us to track your current and previous order history. We also offer our customers the option to receive email newsletters and collect relevant information to tailor these newsletters to your interests. Mocha Coffee Pty Ltd is the owner of the information submitted and stored on this website. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. We will not use this information in any other ways than those outlined in this statement. No credit card number is stored in the system. Your credit card details will be passed to the payment gateway as soon as it has been collected.

Mocha Coffee only ships Australia wide. The following Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy applies:-

Shipping

Although we take every effort to dispatch orders the next day, delivery of goods can take between five and ten working days. This time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to and also during public holidays. Please provide accurate address details when placing an order. Where you select for items to be delivered those items purchased from Mocha Coffee Pty Ltd are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via the Mocha Coffee Pty Ltd website, please contact us at info@mochacoffee.com.au and we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you. NB: Conditions apply.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy Conditions

All our coffee machines and grinders are bench tested and primed prior to dispatching and are not refundable or exchanged due to a change of mind or taste preference. Coffee is also not refundable or exchanged due to a change of mind or taste preference unless there is a quality issue. If your order arrives incorrect or faulty, please contact us immediately and provide your order number, details and supporting photos. All products returned must be in new condition and sent to us within 14 days of purchase date and with the original packing intact. All goods returned must be appropriately packed to prevent any damage in transit. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned products will be dealt within 7 days and postage will be at the discretion of Mocha Coffee Pty Ltd.

Repairs & Warranties / Defective products

Most items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty so if a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorise a repair or replacement. Note: a refund will be given if a replacement is not available.

Cancellation Policy

All our orders are generally processed on the day of ordering depending on time we receive them. Cancellation of orders will only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed.

Coffee Subscriptions Policy

Payments for your selected subscription are billed in accordance with the frequency of your subscription. Subscriptions can be amended at any time by logging into your account via our website.
