At Mocha Coffee, we provide authorised La Pavoni warranty repairs on all eligible machines, with coverage valid for 2 years from the original purchase date. Even if your machine was purchased elsewhere, we can asses and carry out your warranty service. You can drop off your machine at our Marrickville workshop or arrange a convenient pickup (limited areas). Please review the warranty conditions below before booking.

What do I need to do for a La Pavoni warranty claim?
Warranty Conditions:-
- Ensure that your have your original purchase receipt and it’s date has not exceeded 2 years.
- Ensure that you have purchased your coffee machine from an Australian reseller that has NOT imported the machine directly from Italy or another business outside of Australia.
- Provide original proof of purchase receipt to us.
- Contact us on (02) 95655227 prior to discuss the issue your coffee machine is having.
What’s NOT included in your warranty
- Pick up / deliver or courier costs.
- Damage due to misuse or negligence.
- Issues related to scale build up (which is quite rare within the 2 year warranty period)
- Blocked or warped group shower due to lack of cleaning/negligence.
Can I drop off my machine to you?
- Yes you can but please ensure you have contacted us prior to verify that your La Pavoni warranty is valid.
- We’re situated at Mocha Coffee Unit 5, 13 -21 Cadogan Street Marrickville Sydney NSW 2024.
- We’re open from 9:00am -3:00pm Monday to Friday.
If you’re arranging your own courier, please ensure the following:-
- Lever models (Europiccola, Professional, Stradivari, Esperto models)
- Ensure the boiler is totally empty and the boiler cap is firmly screwed onto the boiler to avoid any water drips that will soften the carton and could end up damaging your coffee machine during transit.
- Ensure the steam knob is firmly in the closed position.
- Unscrew and also send the lever arm.
- Bubble wrap portafilter and lever arm sufficiently as to avoid and damage to the unit.
- Do not send drip trays.
- Do not send the cosmetic Eagle in the Eperto models.
- Use ample padding so the coffee machine fits snug into a sturdy carton.
- Add insurance to your consignment with your carrier.
- Semi professional models (Botticelli, Cellini)
- Remove and empty the plastic water tank. Note: Before replacing plastic water tank use a clean sponge or cloth to soak up remaining water in bottom circular connection of the coffee machine now visible that the tank is removed. (See image below).
- Remove all loose parts such as tank cover, top tray, top cup guard rails etc.
- Bubble wrap coffee machine sufficiently as to avoid any damage during transit.

Yes we have our own Sydney pick up and delivery service to limited suburbs. Please call us with your details and we can arrange pick up or a solution.
Q’s & A’s
Can I claim a La Pavoni warranty repair if I purchased it elsewhere?
Yes of course, Mocha Coffee is a La Pavoni authorised warranty repairer in Australia. But, as long as you purchased it from an Australian reseller that has NOT imported directly from Italy, then we can process your claim.
If my steam tap is leaking is it under warranty?
Yes, providing your purchase receipt is valid.
I can’t get a good crema on my coffee, is this under warranty?
This is definitely one of the – must call us first issues – as it’s generally easily fixed over the phone. As a La Pavoni authorised warranty repairer we have experienced that 99% of the time it’s a matter of adjusting the grind texture. First read our two part “grinding blog”. Then, if your still having issues please call us and we’ll help you solve the problem.
We have a water connected Botticelli Specialty in our office, can you come out and fix it?
