Guatemalan Organic Green Coffee Beans – ‘Finca Ceylan’

As our family’s commitment towards sustainability we’ve sourced the ultimate Guatemalan Organic green coffee beans from Pochuta Chimaltenango. The estate is run by the Echeverria family and is committed to sustainable farming. They’re Rainforest Alliance, Organic and Bird Friendly certified. High grown (1000-1350 masl) in volcanic soil with unique micro climates produces a highly aromatic, sweet and good bodied coffee.

What we like about this coffee is that it not only ticks your moral compass but it’s quite different to other Guatemalan coffees. Although it’s a washed processed coffee the acidity isn’t as pronounced as other Guatemalan coffees. It produces a more rounder sweet palatable acidity that tastes quite caramelly. There’s also great texture and length in the finish.
