Conditions apply: Perishables such as group seal, scale build up, discolouration of brass/copper metal surfaces are not covered by warranty. All warranty work is carried out in our service centre in Marrickville, Sydney and does not include courier costs.
Weighing in at 6.2 kg with the perfect footprint tells you that it’s quite a solid build. Other than the base, Rose wood timber handles and steam knob everything else is made from copper and brass. The base is made from heavy pressed metal with a chrome plating.
