Our Retro all chrome 1 group Elektra micro casa semiautomatic espresso machine is a real entertainer. Whether your making 2 or 10 coffees it’s designed to knock them out. It offers constant steam pressure and allows you to extract coffee and steam milk simultaneously. Elektra incorporates Retro style with todays heat exchanger technology in all the micro casa semiautomatic models. A true espresso machine that makes coffee with a rich golden ‘crema’.

Reliability and backup support

Elektra was established in Treviso Italy in 1947 by the Fregnan family with the principles of simplicity, efficiency and attention to design. And that’s so true as this iconic model has had slight modifications over the years but hasn’t changed much. That says it all, Florindo Fregnan got it right the first time.

To back our confidence and expertise we offer a 2 – year warranty with all new Elektra micro casa semiautomatic espresso machines purchased through Mocha Coffee.

Conditions apply: Perishables such as group seal, scale, coffee debris build up, and misuse/scratching are not covered by warranty. All warranty work is carried out in our accredited service centre in Marrickville, Sydney and does not include courier costs.

Weighing in at 11 kilos with the perfect footprint tells you that it’s quite a solid build. Other than the base, bakelite handles and steam knob everything else is made from chrome plated copper and brass. The base is made from heavy pressed metal with a chrome plating.

In early 2000 our brother Paul went over to Italy to meet the Fregnans and fell in love with the look and aesthetics of such pieces of Art. It was Paul’s personal visit that entrusted the Fregnans for Mocha Coffee to represent Elektra in Australia. We’ve been working with the Elektra brand for 3 decades, and our workshop in Marrickville is the Australian accredited service centre personally visited by Federico Fregnan, the Managing Director and son of the original founders of Elektra. We’re not just resellers – we’re a passionate coffee loving family business and technical experts, ensuring your Elektra baby serves you flawlessly for years to come.

User friendly

We have been selling home coffee machines for 4 decades and the Elektra micro casa semiautomatic espresso machine has been a hit. This unit has a big 2.0 litre boiler used for extracting coffee and simultaneously steaming milk. There’s no waiting for the steam build up. Once the machine is hot, It’s ready to create silky smooth milk as your pulling shots. There’s a button that allows you to top up the steam boiler under pressure. So, there’s no need to turn off the unit and release all the steam before topping up the boiler. This allows you to continually make coffees.
