Our Honduran organic coffee beans are a chocolate lovers dream – smooth, rich and naturally sweet. Grown at high altitudes in Honduras, these ethically sourced, organically certified-at-origin beans are roasted in small batches to bring out their best.

We’re a third-generation Australian family coffee roaster with over 102 years of combined coffee expertise. Our brother and head roaster, Paul Mannassis has been a coffee judge with the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW since 2006 and has served as their Chief Coffee Judge since 2016. Every roast reflects our commitment to quality, tradition and flavour excellence.
