As our family’s commitment towards sustainability we’ve sourced a Guatemalan Sustainably farmed Organic coffee from Pochuta Chimaltenango. The estate is run by the Echeverria family and is committed to sustainable farming. High grown (1400-1600m) in volcanic soil with unique micro climates produces a highly aromatic, sweet and good bodied coffee.
It reminds us of a rich sticky date pudding, it’s so sweet and tasty. I remember back in the early 90’s in our original shop on Enmore Road Newtown, we received our first shipment and couldn’t believe how rich, nutty and sweet this coffee was. We we’re loving it in our latte’s and many home coffee lovers were saying “it’s the best plunger coffee.”
