What does it taste like?

Let’s face it, all coffee is bitter. But what we look for is good bitterness. Our Classic South Bar “DARK CHOC” strong coffee blend is strong and has a bitter-sweet full bodied long lasting flavour.

With milk

Make yourself a double shot cappuccino or Latte’ and you’ll know what I mean, real thick flavoured coffee. Straight up it’s like toasted toffee with cocao. Adding milk enhances the sweet choc flavour. It has a real coffee hit that you can taste through the milk.

Black

It’s quite intense and has a trong upfront kick to it. There’s palatable bitter-sweet flavours of toasted sugar, caramel and a strong lengthy finish.

South-West Indian estate washed arabicas, Uganda estate robustas blended with high grown Colombian and Honduran arabica coffees.
