Enjoy this live wire with milk and you’ll taste creamy milk chocolate with a slight tangy lift. You could almost question how does a coffee with a tangy character go well with milk. We’ll, our family has been refining coffee roasting for four decades and ensures that all our coffees are roasted into what we call the ‘Sweet spot’. This balances the coffees acidity and makes it extremely palatable and versatile to be enjoyed with or without milk and little if any sugar.
The beauty of having it black is that there’s no milk to mask any flavours and you get to really understand the unique character. It’s very refined and has a fruity sweetness and slight wine-like flavour and texture. Plenty of length in the cup. A great coffee for long blacks, filter and plunger style coffees.
