Guatemalan Antigua Coffee

With four decades of sourcing, roasting and blending coffee, our family presents genuine Antigua Guatemalan single origin coffee. Dating back since 1850’s, high grown (1400-1600m) in volcanic soil with unique micro climates produces a highly aromatic, sweet and complex coffee. The wet and dry seasons are quite defined which allows the coffee to mature uniformly. and thus allows consistent quality in your cup.

What does it taste like?

Guatemalan single origin coffee displays an amazing rich sticky date pudding-like flavour, very caramelly. The body is well balanced and holds nicely with milk. Having it black, there’s sweet palatable acidity with good mouthfeel. I remember back in the early 90’s in our original shop on Enmore Road Newtown, we received our first shipment and couldn’t believe how rich, nutty and sweet this Guatemalan single origin coffee was. We we’re loving it in our piccolo’s and many home coffee lovers were saying “it’s the best plunger coffee.”
