Mocha Coffee has been instrumental in building the Elektra brand in Australia. It all started when our brother Paul fell in love the amazing aesthetics of the Elektra coffee machines. In 2000 Paul decided to head off to Italy and meet the Fregnan family, founders of Elektra. It was this personal visit that entrusted the Fregnans for Mocha Coffee to represent their brand in Australia. We know a thing or two about the Elektra range, with almost three decades of comprehensive hands on servicing experience. We also use them in our Barista Training Facility and in our homes. All the Mocha siblings each have their preferred Elektra coffee machine. We offer trouble shooting support along with suggesting the right Elektra spare parts required for your Baby.

If you need your home coffee machine serviced you can drop it off at our Elektra service centre is situated inside Mocha Master Roasters at Unit 5, 13-21 Cadogan Street Marrickville. Or call us to book in our express pickup and redeliver service. We also specialise in servicing another two great Italian coffee machine brands, the La Spaziale and La Pavoni.

With our experience over the years we’ve had a few seals custom made that have proven to be more effective, such as the element seals in the earlier pre 2005 micro casa models.
