Honduras sustainably farmed

There’s the well rounded ‘Nutty Choc’ Honduran that makes a great flat white. The milk lifts the chocolate flavour and brings out the dry nut texture. Enjoy it without milk and you’ll taste a sticky chocolate complimented with green apple acidity.

Ethiopian sustainably farmed

If you’re after a lively zesty tangerine flavour then this is the one. A great cappuccino with a unique tangy milk chocolate character. Having it without milk displays it’s rich fruit  & grape flavours with a wine-like tannin finish.

Colombian sustainably farmed

Have it on it’s own? Sweet caramel aromatic coffee with dry a lengthy nutty finish. Adding milk as we often do, surprisingly displays a nice smooth yet very rich interesting character.
